Ashley was two months premature and weighed 2lbs 8 inches. The ICU was her home for one month. At Christmas Day she was told by her parents that she would need heart surgery. Her parents' prayers were answered on Christmas Day when they went to a doctor's appointment and discovered that Ashley's heart was closed. Ashley was never in need of any surgical procedures. At 4 1/2 lbs, Ashley was discharged after two hospitalizations. Since her release, she's in good health! Her father has English and German ethnic heritage. Her mother's family is Irish. She made her acting debut in the 2002 Salon Surprise Barbie Doll commercial. Ashley's career was furthered by the Ford Modeling Agency approached her at age 8. Since then, she's been involved in publishing, and currently working for the Agency. At the age of 10 She decided acting was what she wanted. Ashley was in the cast of 35 commercials. Later, she moved onto theatrical roles. The acting was her passion now. Ashley's attention shifted to acting. It was a little difficult to find time to dance or modeling. Ashley's last role on ABC Family Pretty Little Liars was "Hanna Marin". Ashley also had a cameo on Romeo Miller (aka Lil Romeo) as well as Solange's music video for the track "True love". Britney posed with Ashley for Vogue Magazine. She is featured on the soundtrack video "That Girl" by NLT.
